Rajasthan Extends Curfew

Rajasthan Extends Curfew: The Government of Rajasthan Pradesh is considering to increase Curfew. Lockdown in India ends on 14 April but the cases of Corona Virus continue to grow.

Corona Virus Cases in Rajasthan: 579 cases of Corona virus have been reported in Rajasthan and 3 people have also died due to this virus. 516 cases of corona are still active and 60 people have recovered from this virus.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Mr. Ashok Gehlot had video conferencing with task forces and businessmen in which he indicated to increase the lockdown.

CM Ashok Gehlot wants to extend the lockdown by 15 days. Curfew will remain in the Corona Hot Spot areas of Rajasthan and Section 144 will be applicable in other areas.

The Chief Minister held discussions with the leading business organizations, industrialists, builders and prominent people of the state on Friday. Prior to this meeting, CMs had held meetings with leaders of political parties.

 In the state, the government has discussed the opening of the school, college in the first week of June with senior ministers and officials involved in the task force.

 After all these meetings, the state government is now considering to pursue Lockdown. The final decision in this regard will be taken on Sunday.
